Slave?

Hello!

The rockband I'm going talk about today was formed in 2001 and the genre of their music is hard rock. The band is called the Audioslave. I personally don't like this band and if you are a fan of heavy metal, I don;t recommend this band to you. Other then this, the band wanted to name themselves the Civilians, but the name was already taken so they named themselves the Audioslave.

Since the band was formed in 2001, they don't have a lot of background information. So I'm going to post one of the song from the album "Revelations" called the "Original Fire."

Red & Hot...

Hello!

The band I'm going to tell you about today is very unique. The band is called the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They were formed in 1983 by Anthony Kiedis, Hillel Slovak, Flea, and Jack Irons. This band's music style was very different from other bands, Funk Rock.

Overall the band won 7 Grammy Award and sold 60million albums worldwide! The song I'm going post for you today is called "Tell Me Baby." This song is very catchy and it even has rap in it!

SUPER SOUR

Hello!

Are you guys ready because I am! This rock band is currently ranked 4th place in the modern rock chart. A band called Stone Sour. They were formed in 1992 by Corey Taylor and they had two of my favorite rockstars Corey Taylor and Jim Root from Slipknot! Unfortunately the band was disband in 1997 because Taylor and Root left the band to join Slipknot. The band eventually reunited in 2002.

The group won 2 Grammy Awards nominations for Best Metal Performance in 2003 and 2004. The song I'm going to post today is not heavy metal, but the music video is very unique.

Modern Rock

Hello I'm back rock lovers!

Since I only talked about the old bands, you guys probably don't know much about the modern bands. So I've decided to write about the top 4 modern rock bands starting next post, so if you want to see a little sneak peek at the bands go to this site => http://modernrock.com/charts/. This site is great! I've heard some good songs from here. I was really surprised because the rock bands really changed over time. Maybe it's because I just listen to heavy metal, but now the vocalists don't sing in high pitched voices anymore.
